Thank you for a positive introduction to your activity. You spoke very clearly and explained your story really well. It is Great to see that you have a good understanding of the task and got to practise your mathematics. It was amazing to see that you had a summary page at the end and that you checked your calculations. Finally I really enjoyed your creativity. You drew awesome insects. I really thought the ant looked very friendly and happy. We really appreciate the effort that you put into your tasks- Ka Pai!!!

I think ants are cool, I remember when I was in South Africa I saw huge mounds of ant hills and saw so many different types of ants while I was there. Did you know that there are 12,000 different kinds of ant species all over the world?

Keep up the Super work we look forward to your next blog post!!!

    Have a Super Summer!!!

    Ngā mihi,
    Quein

  3. Ka pai Dija. What a cool mixture of maths and art. Do you think your creation might be useful for juniors as they learn their basic facts? You explained your pages really clearly too. Keep up the awesome mahi!
